How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account by following Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account in the app. Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to servet.ceberut@gmail.com.
How can I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
How can I export my data?
Premium users can export their data in CSV or PDF format from within the app. You can do this from Profile > Data Export.
Will I lose my data when I switch devices?
If you signed in with an account, your data is stored in the cloud and will be accessible on your new device. Guest user data is stored only on the device and may be lost when switching devices.
What languages does the app support?
CarLogger currently supports Turkish and English.
How can I request a refund?
Refund requests are handled through the platform where the purchase was made. Apple: via reportaproblem.apple.com, Google: via Play Store > Order History.
